With 20 years’ experience in dairy crossbreeding, ProCROSS has created a unique genetic index, adapted to modern dairy producers’ selection objectives. It’s called the PCR – the ProCROSS Ranking.
The PCR has been developed to make bull selection easier when it comes to the ProCROSS crossbreeding programme. It focusses on specific selection criteria required for dairy crossbreeding and will help dairy producers around the world select the most suitable bulls for their crossbreeding strategy.
The PCR is a practical selection tool which ranks bulls according to their native index – the ISU for the Montbéliarde and the NTM for the VikingRed and VikingHolstein.
